Please understand that once an order dropped off at the delivery courier and is shipped, we are no longer in control or responsible for your order delivery. You would need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your order is delayed. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages- please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package. Our flat rate option does not include insurance- however priority mail does include insurance.

Orders are shipped according to the shipment choice that you select when checking out. Please verify your shipping address is accurate when submitting your order. If your order is returned because of an incorrect and/or invalid address, YOU the buyer are responsible for all postal fees to have the package shipped again. 

Expect Delays in shipping times during the months of NOVEMBER and DECEMBER during Christmas as well as during GRADUATION Season. as these months are using the peak holidays and busy times for the USPS. The standard processing time is 5-7 business days from the time you payment has been received and to prepare your order for shipping. You can always upgrade your shipping to overnight delivery for an additional cost. We cannot guarantee the final delivery date. However, we do state scheduled shipping times as printed on the website of USPS as well as UPS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to upgrade to RUSH processing fee AND to select a shipping method that will meet your arrival needs for your order.
