Refund Policy

Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. However, we will make a custom order again, IF we made an error. All custom orders have a preview that is sent to the customer to APPROVE prior to production of any order. Please pay attention to your email as: no order will be completed without an APPROVAL OF PROOF from you. 

In order to receive approval to have your order remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product (at their expense) to the seller for inspection. All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after the original delivery has occurred.
