Once I submit a mock-up you cannot request a full refund. I will charge for my design labor ($35 per mock-up submitted).

UPS Priority 2 day or Overnight is available as well

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on completed stoles, however, I will do everything I can to ensure you are satisfied with the transaction.
If you receive a stole that needs corrections due to *my error* it must be mailed within 3 business days of delivery NO EXCEPTIONS.

In order to protect my designs, I DO NOT offer mock-ups without payment.

BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

How does this work

1.) Send us 3-4 high quality pictures or sayings that you want all over the stole including school colors, graduate's name, school name, etc. (No screenshots will be accepted)
2.) We will make a mock up for you so please check your email.
3.) Once the mock up is approved by you, we will start production of your order.
4.) No order will be started without an email stating the mockup is approved.
5.) We ship the item to you


Please email your pictures file and text to makingitpersonal2@gmail.com. High-Resolution Files are recommended for best clarity. Sorry, screenshots or saved web images are low quality and will not look good and will not be accepted.

Due the the printing process there may be slight misprints to the corner area and seams, this is where the design has been pressed onto the stole and there may have been a small crease. We do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen.
